Meet Dr. Olson
Dr. Leah Olson was born and grew up in Washington state, spending most of her adolescence in Centralia. She graduated from Central Washington University before attending and graduating from the University of Las Vegas, School of Dental Medicine. She worked for two years in southern Washington before getting a job at Valley View Health Center. She worked in Chehalis for 5 years at a community health center before deciding to purchase her own dental practice.
Her and her husband have lived in many different areas in Washington state. They wanted to move back to Lewis/Thurston County where they both grew up and still have family. In the five years that she worked at Valley View Health Center she put an emphasis on the whole patient. She gets to know the individual patient, so she can provide the best treatment, which includes knowing your medical, dental, and behavioral health.
When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her family. She has a daughter who is 12 years old, and a son who is 10 years old. She also enjoys camping, going to the Seahawk’s games, and a continued pursuit of learning.
Meet Dr. Kim
Dr. Max Kim grew up in Johns Creek, Georgia, and attended Georgia State University for his B.S. and M.S. degrees before attending the Medical University of South Carolina for his DMD degree. He relocated to Lacey, Washington last year due to his wife’s Army commitment and they are both adapting to life and the weather of the PNW.
Dr. Kim enjoys taking continuing education courses to learn the latest technologies, techniques, and materials to provide his best ability to care for his patients with better diagnoses, treatments, outcomes, and experiences. He loves what he does and strives to not only deliver the highest level of care but also to build unique and impressionable relations with all his patients.
In his free time, he loves spending time with his family, and friends and unfortunately rooting for all the cursed Georgia teams Falcons/Hawks/Braves, and UGA football. He and his wife are also learning to enjoy and experience the outdoors of the PNW. He is fluent in Korean.
